Rev. Fr. Tom Pistolis, Presiding Priest

Father Tom was born in Hendersonville, North Carolina. He obtained a Master of Divinity degree from the Orthodox seminary in Boston, Holy Cross. He was assigned to Houston for two years, then Knoxville, and finally to Greenville, in 1987. He oversaw the construction of Saint George Greek Orthodox Cathedral built from 1992 to 1995.

 

 

 

Rev. Dn. Charles (Haralambos) Joiner

Fr Charles was ordained as a permanent deacon in 2007. He has a masters in Orthodox Theology from Balamand University in Lebanon and Ph.D. in Adult Learning and Change. He also has a masters in Engineering and served in various executive positions with major business organizations. He conducts the Adult Catechism classes and other Adult learning programs, and assists the Priest as needed.
